I am 20 years old and work out about five times a week. I love cardio but hate to run or do any one thing for a long period of time. I love step aerobics, but only have done it for a few weeks during college. I bought this stepper because of it's good price and I've loved it! It is pretty sturdy (I'm 5'3" 110 pounds) and it is great for storing. I wish it had an extra step to raise it up, but I knew when I was buying that there were only two height options. I have no noticed it being too small. I only have a small area to work out with it, so it has worked perfectly. My favorite thing is the DVD with Cathe Friedrich. There are three options to choose from, one which uses weights, one which is an intro to step aerobics (a good refresher which still makes you sweat), and one that is more fast-paced with a few "cardio blasts" in between routines to really get your heart pumping. I love all of them and use it 2-3 times a week!
