I've had this product since May 23, 2007 and I have not had problem one with this item and I put is through daily rigorous use. I used to use it on carpet and now I have wood floors and I haven't had any problems since the transition.Customer Review: So far, so good.

This step is exactly like the ones at the gym. That is the reason I bought it. I also have the smaller home model. I don't like it at all. Don't waste your money on it. This one is great!
