When the gym closed where I had been taking a step class, this helped to keep it going at home. Both Sports Authority and Target had steps that crumbled on top as you used them. The dark rubber top made a mess. This step in made better and I enjoy the longer length for a good work out.Customer Review: A great way to get in shape!

Many years ago, I taught step aerobics and this is the step we used at the YMCA. I love having my own and it's fun recalling old step moves and teaching my 10 year old daughter.
This is a sturdy step and it's wide enough and long enough to use with any video available.

This step is well worth the investment-- I used to try and work out on a teeny home step and it just wasn't practical--- or safe! This huge, club size step makes your workouts more effective and more enjoyable. Its sturdy and much better for your workout.
