I've been doing step aerobics for years on the smaller econo model. Having a professional sized step makes the routines more fun and more challenging. I wouldn't trade it for anything. I was pleasantly surprised when the step arrived b/c it's gym size. It's easy to add the risers and very sturdy. I also use it to do flys b/c it gets me off the floor enough to do a good extension. I'm sure you could utilize it as a bench if you wanted to as well. Very happy with my step and would recommend it for all my friends!Customer Review: Worth the extra money spent

After reading the prior reviews I bought this Step and I have to agree that it is definately worth the extra money. 100% gym quality. I tried a friends model that was a different brand (smaller and not quite the same as far as being sturdy) and was disappointed. I'm very glad I bought this one! Free shipping and fast... Have you seen the steps in the gym? This is the exact same height, length and structure they have at your local gym.
