There's really not a whole lot to say about this product since it's pretty obvious what it is & people getting it know how to use it. The only thing I want to let people know is that this is not 14 inches in height as Amazon says it is. It is 12 inches. You'll need to order extra risers if you want more height. I knew it was only 12 inches when I ordered it, so it wasn't a surprise to me. There might be others, though, who want a high step & might think this comes with enough risers for 14 inches in height, but that is not the case. It is only 12 inches in height total.

The High-Step Club Step features a non-slip platform that supports up to 275 lbs. The black support blocks can be used to adjust the step from 4in to 12.5in high. Build strength, endurance, and boost your aerobic health with the High-Step Club Aerobic Stepper from The Step!Used by more than 18,000 health clubs, the F1180 Club High Step will help you get to your fitness goals in no time. The lightweight, instantly adjustable High Step platform has a slip-proof, durable mat on top, and non-marking rubber floor pads on the bottom of the platform. It has a generous 16-inch square stepping surface and it comes with four risers that adjust the High Step from 4 to 14 inches. The platform and risers are made of high density polyethylene, and they support up to 225 pounds.
