I am a fitness trainer and bought this strap because I felt it would be quick and convenient. The concept is great. I waited with anticipation so I could work out at home with my bands. I wrapped the strap around the door clicked it tight shut the door,placced my bands in the loops and proceeded to work out. After 1 rep the strapped unlocked and slapped me in the head. I could have lost an eye.I am shipping it back to fundamental fitness hoping to get a return on my credit card. We shall see.
