Featuring the FIRM signature method of cardio weight training, this kit includes the multi-functional FIRM 3-in-1 platform and 3 FIRM workouts on one DVD. The platform consists of a 6" and 8" segments that combine to 14" inches to deliver the ultimate body toning workoutShape, tone, and strengthen your body without heading to the gym day after day with the Firm's body sculpting system. Equipped with a multifunction three-in-one stair-step platform and a multi-workout DVD, the kit will melt away the fat and reshape your body in no time. The durable plastic stair-step platform is a terrific exercise accessory, with a three-level, no-slip platform that adjusts from 6 to 8 to 14 inches. The DVD, meanwhile, includes three different workouts to keep you fit and inspired. Hosted by Firm Master Instructor Allie DelRio Pointer, the Cardio Sculpt workout combines several cardio and body shaping routines, resulting in a single awesome body. Pointer will have you burning fat, building lean muscle, and creating your very own personal masterpiece throughout this 55-minute workout. Master Instructor Jennifer Carman hosts the 45-minute Body Sculpt workout, which features a scientifically sequenced series of strength-building exercises designed to work your upper and lower body fast. The workout will turn you into a strong fat-burning machine from top to bottom. Finally, the Ab Sculpt workout proves that getting flat abs can actually be fun. Master Instructor Lisa Kay leads you through this 25-minute workout, which teaches you the perfect exercises for strengthening, toning, and stretching your entire core. Kay also demonstrates the proper form and breathing technique for each exercise.
The Firm body sculpting system also comes with a rotational guide and eating calendar, which includes 30 days of exercises, 30 days of meal plans and recipes, and a series of motivational tips.

I actually bought the DVD because it came with the box (Fanny Lifter). They don't manufacture these anymore so buy where you can find them.
But the DVD is surprisingly great...three workouts that really do work you out! Good buy!

The Firm system is great. I agree not for beginners. The steps can be complicated but I watched the 1st time through and it seemed to help. Exercise isn't enjoyable to most. If it doesn't hurt it's not working. This hurts thus it works!!!Customer Review: The Firm Sculpting System
