The platform consists of a 6" and 8" segments that combine to 14" inches to deliver the ultimate body toning workoutShape, tone, and strengthen your body without heading to the gym day after day with the Firm's body sculpting system. The DVD, meanwhile, includes three different workouts to keep you fit and inspired. Hosted by Firm Master Instructor Allie DelRio Pointer, the Cardio Sculpt workout combines several cardio and body shaping routines, resulting in a single awesome body. Pointer will have you burning fat, building lean muscle, and creating your very own personal masterpiece throughout this 55-minute workout. Master Instructor Jennifer Carman hosts the 45-minute Body Sculpt workout, which features a scientifically sequenced series of strength-building exercises designed to work your upper and lower body fast. The workout will turn you into a strong fat-burning machine from top to bottom. Finally, the Ab Sculpt workout proves that getting flat abs can actually be fun. Master Instructor Lisa Kay leads you through this 25-minute workout, which teaches you the perfect exercises for strengthening, toning, and stretching your entire core. Kay also demonstrates the proper form and breathing technique for each exercise.
The Firm body sculpting system also comes with a rotational guide and eating calendar, which includes 30 days of exercises, 30 days of meal plans and recipes, and a series of motivational tips.

I loved the firm workout. The stair-step is incredible the way it targets the legs and back-end. There are 3-in-1 DVD workouts available, so it is a real bargain. I have not done all three workouts yet, but intend to. I have done the body sculpting workout and truely loved it! Very effective all over body sculpting. I felt it and my muscles responded. It's promise delivers, try 10 workouts and see. Highly recommend the product!Customer Review: Killer legs!!

I was a little skeptical about the guarantee results in 10 workouts disclaimer, but I thought what do I have to loose, I can do 10 workouts. I am a believer now, I started seeing results in about 6 workouts. I was wearing a size 18 jeans and now I can comfortably zip up my size 12 pants. The first few times doing the workout was very difficult, but trust me if you stick at it, it gets easier. This workout really works!!!!Customer Review: rock solid

Purchased steps and videos for my wife during daylight savings season since she can't get out to walk after work. With 2 steps to chose from she gets the workout that suits her mood after working all day. Steps are square vs. rectangle, are very solid, and don't skid on thick or berber carpet. I had the firm fanny lifter in the past but sold it to a friend because I wanted to try a new exerciser on the market. After several long months of using the new one I realized that the firm products work best for me. It gives me versatility in my workouts and the results that I look for in exercising. This isn't for beginners. I absloutely love the Bodysculpt and the cardio sculpt workouts, and I do them regularly. This was by far the best exercise investment I have made in a long time. Quite a workout!
I purchased other Firm videos that weren't as comprehensive as this. I have gained weight through muscle, yet all my clothes are baggy - it's working!
