The platform consists of a 6" and 8" segments that combine to 14" inches to deliver the ultimate body toning workoutShape, tone, and strengthen your body without heading to the gym day after day with the Firm's body sculpting system. Pointer will have you burning fat, building lean muscle, and creating your very own personal masterpiece throughout this 55-minute workout. Master Instructor Jennifer Carman hosts the 45-minute Body Sculpt workout, which features a scientifically sequenced series of strength-building exercises designed to work your upper and lower body fast. The workout will turn you into a strong fat-burning machine from top to bottom. Finally, the Ab Sculpt workout proves that getting flat abs can actually be fun. Master Instructor Lisa Kay leads you through this 25-minute workout, which teaches you the perfect exercises for strengthening, toning, and stretching your entire core. Kay also demonstrates the proper form and breathing technique for each exercise.
The Firm body sculpting system also comes with a rotational guide and eating calendar, which includes 30 days of exercises, 30 days of meal plans and recipes, and a series of motivational tips.

What can I say...I really love this product!! I originally bought one back in 2002 and it worked wonders. I was able to lose weight, gain lots of energy and lose inches off my waist. My pants and shorts were literally falling off of me! Unfortunately, life stressors came in my life and I stopped using it for a few years. However, I just recently decided to get back with this Firm system. The only reason I bought another one is so my sister could do the workouts with me. She is starting to learn the moves and we are having a blast! I highly recommend it to anyone that would rather workout at home =)Customer Review: I love The Firm

This workout is the best. For the first week I could not finish it. But if you keep at it you can. I can now do all the workouts to the end. Now I do still sweat but I like that because it makes me feel like I am doing something. My body is getting toned. This item will work. You just have to push yourself. You can't go wrong with this one. Trust me, but you do have to do the work. Oh and the steps aren't as hard to get down as some of the others. Now I just have fun with it. I say try it. What do you have to lose expect fat.Customer Review: The step alone was worth it for me!

The videos aren't too bad, I just don't have the time to do them. I keep the stepping platform in my office and use it for 10 minutes at a time 3-4 times a day. It takes up very little space under my desk and allows me to get some movement in throughout the day. I don't do any fancy footwork, but I'm definitely getting results. Being able to get some extra exercise in during the day was well worth the $ in my opinion. I may pick up some rubber tubing to add a new element to my little "office gym". This is the same system released 4+ years ago.(This is the Fanny Lifter-not the Box and not the Transfirmer-the wider steps.)
I was very out of shape-couldn't make it up stairs without being out of breath. It was very tough starting up...I couldn't make it through a whole workout until almost the 10th workout. I went from a size 16 to a size 6. Because of this system I have fallen in love with exercise and feeling/looking great!

I ordered this product on 4/10 and rec'd it a few days later. Since I've opened the box I've been "firming my fanny" 3-4 times a week. Yes, it is true, you and others will see a difference in your body after 10 workouts. I haven't lost any weight and that is because I haven't been sticking to my "diet," but because of The Firm I've been toning and re-shaping every part of my body, so it looks like I've lost at least 10lbs.
This is definitely a must have!
