Sports reviews of The Firm 5-Pound Kettle Bell Kit with Transform Your Trouble Zones DVDCustomer Review: Not fun for me Sport shop rating: 1 Stars
I do not like this workout. It is all over the place and the kettlebell is very awkward to work with. I don't know if it's just this kettlebell that came with the DVD or all of them. I found I could not keep up with her moves and each time I've tried this I get frustrated halfway through and quit. Not what I want in a workout. There are some good moves at times that are effective (I was sore the next day), but even those just aren't worth dealing with the rest of it. I work out regularly using Jillian Michael's DVDs, and I also have one other Firm DVD, Get Chisel'd, which is much easier to follow. If you like moves that are easy to follow yet effective, I suggest looking for something else. Most of the time doing this one I felt like the moves were more complicated than they needed to be. Not necessarily hard moves, just hard to follow.
