This is a great way to get a good workout done in a short amount of time. You really feel all the moves you do. It is easy to follow and the stick you get with it makes it fun. Do it twice without the stick your first two workouts and you will be sure to get the moves down and done properly. I recently bought the sculpting stick it works great. It,s only 9 lbs so it's easy to handle. I use the dvd that came with the stick but' I also use it with some other firm dvds I own. It also works great as a barbell.I highly recommend the sculpting stick pro it's a wonderful workout tool.Customer Review: Great for the person short on time!

I am a very avid Firm Believer. I own over 70 workouts, and this one is perfect when I am too tired or short on time. I can still get a workout in in 20 minutes. I was a little skeptical at first, but due to my really busy schedule I a was very happy!Customer Review: Good workout

This is a great workout for a short video. I use it as a warm up before my normal workout, or when I just want a quick boost. It has a great design to it, it is comfortable in the hand, and is not too heavy for a beginer, 9 pounds.Customer Review: good-to-go workout!

I bought the 3-in-1 for mobility and it gets an A+. It is versatile and easy to use. You can get a good workout. I still haven't watched the dvd workout.
