I really, really like this workout. I have two young girls who want to "work-out" too. The exercise doesn't take up my whole living room. No one is flinging weights around, so no one is getting bonked in the head.
I love this workout. It's short and intense, no frills but still fun. I love the sculpting stick. When I see it in the room, I can stop and do a few reps and go on my way.
I like the instructor. She is so sweet, I just like to listen to her.
I do it every other day, I need a rest because I get pretty sore. I put a pilates or yoga routin in the days I don't do this one.
Expect to notice your body toning up pretty quick. 7-8 sessions and you'll be hooked. I will want to buy other Firm videos.
