Customer Review: At Last, A Weight Loss Book That Is Real...

Over the years, I have read many different books about diet and weight loss. When I picked up this book and started reading, it was so refreshing to have someone "tell you how it is" right out of the box. Although it would be nice to take a "magic pill" there isn't one that exists, and the way that Brad LaTour lays it out with honesty is great. But then, he follows up with great, common sense approaches to controlling your weight, and more importantly, to living a healthy lifestyle. I love the fact that he doesn't subscribe to the idea that in order to be healthy and maintain a healthy weight you have to swear off anything this is considered "not healthy". His approach is do-able and believeable - I mean, just look at the before and after pictures of the author - WOW! This is a must-read.
