The Advanced Skills Tee from Muhl-Tech is an excellent product and offers a lot more functionality than a standard baseball tee. The forward arm helps to eliminate younger kids that want to uppercut when hitting the ball and the outside swing barrier teaches kids to keep their swings short which helps to eliminate the long loopy swing. One of the best baseball training tools I've ever used!

New and effective, the AST (patented) is unlike any other swing trainer available. Designed to help experienced players perfect their bat skills, a forward arm and outside swing barrier simultaneously eliminates both "dipping" and "casting". And, the height adjustable, movable arm positions the ball anywhere across the strike zone to realistically represent inside and outside pitch locations. Use the AST to build a compact swing, keep the "hands inside the ball" and develop a "quick" bat. Use it to increase bat speed and learn to "hit the ball where it's pitched".
Includes a two year manufacturer's warranty.
