Who says you can't buy happiness? I just spent the weekend relaxing in my back yard and reading books to my kids while swinging away in this surprisingly comfortable hammock. The cotton fabric is cool and soft. I even rather liked the yellow, orange and blue stripes. Perhaps Texsport has improved the design. I certainly wouldn't call it ugly. The included extension ropes were all I needed to bridge the thirteen feet from a tree to my kids' wooden play set. Then, the toughest part was finding the most comfortable position. Lying diagonally proved far and away the most comfortable. If you try to lay straight, the hammock cloth wraps around you like an oversized banana peel. (The kids rather liked this.) When I was through relaxing, it took no more than three minutes to take down and fold into the small matching cloth storage bag. All in all, I am delighted with this comfortable, compact and versatile piece of outdoor furniture.

The hammock comes complete with a carrying and storage bag.
