Any standard wood doorframe (meeting the uniform building code) can be your center for inversion with the EZ-UpTM Inversion System*, which comes complete with the Inversion Rack and Gravity Boots. Without interfering with the normal use of the door, quick-disconnect locking brackets secure to the doorframe and allow the Inversion Rack to be installed in just seconds. The Gravity Boots wrap comfortably around each ankle, securing with adjustable, self-locking ratchet buckles. Users simply hold onto the lower bar of the Rack, kick up to the upper bar, and rest each boot hook over the bar. The flexible shell is made of a tough yet pliable blend of DuPont Hytrel, which helps to minimize pressure points. I've owned these for about 6 years now and I am totally happy with the money I spent. I use them a couple of times a week and I have to say they have helped me maintain great abs. They are comfortable and most importantly fun, which helps me stay motivated. The only negative I can think of is that they won't fit people with huge calves... not my problem, but some of my friends had trouble getting them on.Customer Review: I am too heavy...

I am too heavy for the boots. I can only be upside down for about 5 minutes. I weigh 200lb. I have the bar the goes over the door. Being a guy with hairy legs makes it painfull because it pulls on the hairs. I have done with and without shoes and socks. I gave these gravity boots 4 stars instead of 5 because they are a little work to put on. But they are well worth it. If I had to make the choice again, I would definitely still get the gravity boots. If you don't weigh that much, you may not need them. But I weigh enough to warrant wearing the boots. These gravity boots are well made and get the job done. They are durable and fit great. The only complaint I have is they can get a little uncomfortable on the tops of your feet the longer you hang upside down. If they just put some more padding or perhaps some bracing over the top of the feet it would be more comfortable.Customer Review: feels good on back, cuts into feet

easy to store. back release feels great. I didn't give the hang ups 5 stars because I can't find a way to keep them from cutting into the top of my feet.
