Any standard wood doorframe (meeting the uniform building code) can be your center for inversion with the EZ-UpTM Inversion System*, which comes complete with the Inversion Rack and Gravity Boots. Without interfering with the normal use of the door, quick-disconnect locking brackets secure to the doorframe and allow the Inversion Rack to be installed in just seconds. The Gravity Boots wrap comfortably around each ankle, securing with adjustable, self-locking ratchet buckles. Users simply hold onto the lower bar of the Rack, kick up to the upper bar, and rest each boot hook over the bar. The flexible shell is made of a tough yet pliable blend of DuPont Hytrel, which helps to minimize pressure points. I bought these boots with the Teeter inversion rack and they are both great. The boots are comfortable (keep your toes poiting towards the ceiling for more comfort).I've only had them 1 1/2 weeks so far but it makes my back feel so much better after inversion and inverted stretching and exercise. Also, having the bar fitted constantly encourages me to do pull-ups and other excercises spontaneously, without the hastle of going to the gym.Customer Review: These boots are great!

I got a pair of these boots for Christmas and even though I'm not sure what all they can be used for, they are great! The construction is top-notch, they're easy to use, comfortable, etc. I seen cheaper boots on the market, but when I'm buying a product to let me hang upside down a few feet above the concrete/tile floor in my house, I want the best product for the job. ;)Customer Review: Good Product

Good materials, no signs of soon deterioration in the future. It takes some getting used to being upside down but each time is a bit easier. The boots can pinch somewhat on the ankle area if used with bare feet but are fine with thick socks and/or shoes on. Helps reduce tightness and pain in back. I give it a 5 because it is easy install on your ankles. very secure when snapped. I have tried the single clamp style made from metal & they are loose & uncomfertable. If you're looking for something different to do with your workout, and you have a strong chin-up station, try these boots. They're an investment at close to $100, but they are comfortable and sturdy, and they do seem to help nagging pains that might have been caused by spinal compression.
