As per my doctor's advice, I searched inversion tables 3 month ago after my car accident. I bought this 1 month ago. I need adjust the table length for my wife and 2 kids whenever we use this. It is easy and safe to adjust it. Although this inversion table is my first time purchase and usage, I am happy to buy this because I feel safe on each sturdy parts when I make my body upside down. In addition, I did not have a problem for assembling this by myself. Although I did not tried a cheaper conversion table, after my search on reviews of cheaper inversion tables, I recommend this product because of sturdy, safe, and comfortable parts & feelings.Customer Review: great way to get the day started!

I love this inversion table. High quality, so you'll feel ok about getting on it and turning upside down. :) Also easily adjustable, so different members of your family can use it with ease.
Has really helped my back. If you drive a lot or sit at a desk all day, you'll be amazed at what this will do for you. I can feel the difference after just a minute or two on it.
A word of caution-- if you have any kind of glaucoma or eye pressure issues, check with a doctor before doing any kind of inversion. Most people won't have any issues though and the benefits you'll receive from hanging upside down are amazing.

My wife and I purchased this product after diligent research. Amazon sent the order without tax and free shipping when we signed up for Amazon Prime, so it was a good deal. The product has to be assembled, but it has a great DVD to lead you every step of the way. (The instructions were less than helpful and I would have never gotten the Teeter put together without the DVD.) The Teeter performs as promised. This model does not have the bothersome bar in the back that others do. This inversion table along with the vibration cushion have been a life saver. 20 minutes using these two items in tandem are you are a new person! My pain level dropped 5 points automatically. I could not believe how well they worked, better and less stressful than a visit to the chiropractor. But you must have a fair amount of space for this item. I live in 900 sq. ft., so it's not huge, but you need a clear area to be able to use it to it's fullest. Follow the instructions to the inth degree, start off slow and build up, you will be amazed at how much better you feel!Customer Review: Fantastic machine

I'll make this short. The product works as described. I ordered it after straining my lower back hauling loads of wood this winter. For two weeks I had shooting pain in my lower back. After several days using the machine for 5 minutes at a time, the pain was completely gone.
I use the table after doing any physical work, or after spending extended time sitting. Since owning it I haven't had any of the back pain I frequently experienced previously. The table is very sturdy and I plan on having it, and using it, for a very long time. I couldn't be happier with it.
