The table is fantastic. A marvel of engineering... strong and durable. It was simple to put together (took all of 20 minutes) and there were even crappy tools in the box for you if needed.
I haven't quite been doing vertical hanging yet because I am trying to get my back straightened out. I feel like I get a great stretch morning and night, and never once felt like I was going to fall off the thing. It stays in my living space.
Be careful if you are fat, because I am sure your ankles will be uncomfortable. My recommendation is if you are fat, you lose weight first before you invert, unless you have really strong ankles.
And to think I saw this on an infomercial. I never buy anything from those!!

I just received my Teeter Inversion table today and have only used it for about 20 minutes altogether. I have 3 herniated discs in my lower back and 2 in my neck. I have been going to a chiropractor for a few months now, getting drx spinal decompression treatment, with little to no results.
NOTHING compares to the almost instant relief that I from using the Teeter for just a few minutes.
I wrestled with the idea of buying this product for a few months, now I am kicking myself for not buying it earlier. The assembly was even easy, and I'm not the best at assembling products.
I now have my life back. Do yourself a favor and buy one today.

For those of you who do not know the meaning of instant relief of back pain, you need to get this Teeter Hang Ups inversion table. It is built very well which is important for a device that puts you upside down. You don't want the thing to break. And I feel totally confident that my Teeter Hang Ups inversion table will hold me with no problem (I weigh 210 lbs). I love this thing. I go on it every night. And something I didn't expect was that it makes my whole body feel good afterwards. I got the gravity boots along with it. And I'm glad I did because without them, the foam padded bar starts getting a little painful after a while. But with the gravity boots, it is no problem.Customer Review: Works well!

Exactly as advertised. The unit assembles in about 30 minutes and works very well. Make sure you watch the DVD and start slow. I'm 50, 227 lbs, about 20 lbs overweight and have a ruptured disk in my lower back. I have been using the table for about 1 week now. I do get some relief. It is very important to teach yourself to relax while on the table. If you can relax your back muscles, gravity can help you obtain full extension of the vertebrae. I use the table before and after walking. It seems to be helping. I would buy this same table again if I had to. Great Amazon service - I have purchased tons of items from Amazon with no issues, great prices and great service.

Two weeks ago I purchased this unit for my husband who had been spending most of his time laying on the floor due to his back pain. He had back surgery 1 ½ years ago and so back pain is not new to him. He noticed immediate improvement by using the Teeter and two weeks later he is thanking me for purchasing it and is getting back to being able to function. He was really afraid he was looking at back surgery again. I too, have lower back pain and notice a big difference. If my back is bothering me, I hop on for 10-15 minutes and when I get off the pain is gone. The Teeter is well made and you feel safe on it. Do yourself a favor and give it a try.
