After about 12 weeks of suffering with my second bout of sciatic pain, my second epiduaral shot, weeks of physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, massages, stretches, medicine,etc. I decided to give the Teeter Hang Up a try and ordered one.
When I received it I was probably 70% better after 12 weeks, but I have to say that I am totally impressed with what the Teeter does. I use it for about 5 minutes two to three times a day.
I am about 98% now after another 4 weeks. When I went for my last visit with my Orthopedic doctor, he kind of rolled his eyes when I told him I had not gone to PT, but purchased the Teeter, but the proof is in the results and nobody knows my body better than I do. Interesting enough, he assigned me one task to lift my foot with resistance, but couldn't suggest a machine or piece of equiptment to do that on. While hanging on the Teeter, it is the perfect tool to do that.
My belief is that the Teeter will afford me long term prevention.
There is no question that the Teeter is a quality piece of equiptment. Sturdy, Balanced.
I've not had one momement that I have questioned my purchase.

Let me start by saying that I am a waiter by trade. I work on my feet 8 to 13 hours a day. For a long time I thought about getting gravity boots. When I started to look for them I found more information on the inversion tables. However only one table had top reviews everywhere I looked. At almost 38 years old I have little time to purchase equipment that will simply waste my time and money, for that reason I dropped the top dollar for the Teeter Inversion Table. I LOVE IT. I've had it for about 5 or 6 months and I no longer have aching feet, my posture has improved 100% and my brain feels like its got the juice it needs.
Even with working out to stay in good shape my job takes a lot out of me, when you stand and walk for 10 hours straight for 12 years it catches up to you. With the TEETER it took about a month of hanging on the table after every shift and the pain is GONE! I now get on the table about twice a week or more if necessary but I LOVE IT. IF THERE EVER WAS A FOUNTAIN OF YOUTH HERE IT IS. If you cant walk you cant run and sometimes even lifting weights can be cumbersome. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT AS PART OF A MORE COMPLETE HEALTH AND WORKOUT SYSTEM!

I am an avid golfer. Typically, I play 3-5 times per week. A week ago, I felt a pain that radiated from my left buttock down the back of my leg. It was so excruciating that I saw stars. Immediately, I stopped golfing, went home, stretched and iced. That helped a little, but I still had pain and once in a while I would feel pain in my left heel.
Yesterday, I received my EP-550. It was very easy to assemble. The written instructions and DVD were easy to follow. After five minutes of being inverted, I felt instant relief. This is a wonderful product. It is sturdy and I feel safe using it.
As always and recommended in all of the literature supplied, check with a physician before starting inversion therapy.
Update - I have had my Teeter EP-550 for a month now. I have no back or neck pain. My posture has improved and I feel limber. I am back to playing golf again and playing well. I highly recommend this product...I invert daily for a few minutes in the morning and then for the same in the evening.

The inversion table came in two days and was well packed. It was very easy to put together with the paper manual, but I realized after that the video that came with it has instructions and that would have made it even easier. The video is very thorough and has a lot of good exercises on it for those with back problems. I looked at a lot of different brands and models before I picked this one, and I think this one is worth the money as it is very comfortable and made well. My husband has problems with the disks in the thoracic region of his spine, and his doctors cannot do anything for him. I got this for him to see if it would help. He loves it and tries to use every night, and it seems to be helping a lot. When we went away for a couple of weeks, he noticed a big difference when he wasn't using it. I also enjoy using it every so often, and it doesn't hurt my feet as long as I keep my ankles flexed. I'm a personal trainer and find it not only a nice way to stretch and lengthen the body, but also great for doing core exercises.Customer Review: The Baim's

This table is amazing! It was delivered in 3 days and installation was very easy using the CD that was enclosed. The box is somewhat bulky but manageable to move. It was very helpful reading the reviews from other owners on this item and it helped my wife and I in making an easy educated decision on purchasing this table. I had back surgery a few months ago and my wife and I have seen the chiropractor many times. This table is a great value along with the sturdiness of the unit and will pay for itself in a matter of a few uses. My wife and I tried the inversion table for the first time and found it to be a great relief and stress reliever on our back. We did not feel any discomfort on our ankles as some had stated in reviews, but we did order the gravity boots just in case and are waiting for them to be delivered. Overall, the brand name along with other people's reviews helped my wife and I in making an excellant purchase. Hope this helps other's out there who are deciding what table to purchase.
