I own the orignal Tao Bo and wanted to invest in some additional DVD's. This one is not as good as the original one but pretty good and you get a great workout. Don't waste your money on any of the other Tao Bo DVD's released after this one (they are horrible and the quality of the production is bad).Customer Review: I was ok, but not for beginners

The product seems like it works best if you are already in shape. I would recommend using this once you have made progress at the gym first.
