I bought this off Amazon. Had a few defects with the colored ones, but returned those. So after playing with it for a year, I realized that not many people in my open gym like this ball. It may just have been my particular ball, but even though I like the soft touch from a hard spike, my friends don't like to use my ball because it is just too light.
I have played in club with the molten balls and they are rather hard and at least have some weight. This ball, however, seems like you're not really hitting anything because it is so light. Good thing though (as mentioned by other reviews), is that even after using the ball a while, it keeps its roundness. For me (unlike other reviewers), the panels stay intact over the year I have been using it. But since it is true leather, any scratches my remain on the ball rather permanently, so take care of it!
