If you are taller than 5'3" its probably too short for you, but I love it. I bought it for a birthing ball and it was soooo much cheaper and it comes with a pump! Its the perfect size for me at 5'3". It holds air well.Customer Review: Great for office chair

I am roughly 210lbs. The 65cm ball is a perfect fit for me. I use it everyday. The hand pump is good but, takes a long time to pump up and that's a workout within itself. Overall I am very happy with this product.Customer Review: Love it!

Works as intended for a fitness ball, untill ( like the last one ) my Labrador punched it and put his bearsized paw through it. Aslong as you dont have a large dog obsessed with playing Soccer...
