I've worked out on it once in the last two weeks, does the job fine, but I mainly use it as a computer chair replacement and it feels and looks exactly like the ones at the gym. My back feels the same as it was in the computer chair, meh.
The pump it comes with is really handy for blowing it up otherwise it would be brutal.

I bought this as replacement for my standard desk chair and it's great so far. Seems sturdy and my cat and dog haven't tried to bother it too much. The hand pump included was kind of tiring, but I didn't mind so much. This is a good height for a chair replacement for someone under 5'5" (I'm 5'1" and it's perfect).Customer Review: a little small to sit on

I got this to sit on for my desk, which is average height. It's too small for it to be a chair for even someone like me who's not tall. I would go for the 75cm ball if you're looking for a chair, unless your desk is rather small and short. Otherwise, it's a good product.Customer Review: Great way to exercise

I love this exercise ball. I have a bad back and this allows me to do exercises that would normally hurt while laying on the floor.
