i do not know what i would have done without this ball. i had an induced labor which was a million times more painful that my previous labor but i was able to do it without any meds because i just bounced on this ball. i laid on it , leaned forward, lean backward. i really helped. i still have it and have not used it since but many ppl use it after birth to exercise. it did not deflate during my 15 hours of labor. so i guess it works.Customer Review: Master of the Stretch

I purchased this exercise ball on a whim, with a $25 Amazon.com giftcard, and have not looked back. That being said, my mother took it from me so she could use it, as I moved to NY recently. She loves it, too, and uses it daily. The only thing is that due to the heat-wave back home (MI), it seems to have slightly deflated, but came with an air pump, so that really was not an issue.Customer Review: works perfect

The TKO Anti Burst Fitness Ball is perfect. I've been using it for around 6 months,at least 3 days every week. I got it for my core but also started using it as weight bench for dumbbell presses and flyes. Not bragging but it holds me and two 100 lb. dumbbells with ease. It does lose air after a while, just like all inflatable products you need to pump it back up once in awhile.Customer Review: Balance Ball

I catch myself slumping when I sit at the computer desk, but not with this ball. I have been using it for awhile now and feel it is helping with my posture. I am 5'4" and this size fits me just right. Love the color, it is not super shiny like in the picture. And it is fairly easy to inflate with the hand pump. This ball is the nicest I've owned. It feels a bit thicker, like it really is burst resistant. I had trouble blowing it up to its full capacity at first, but after a few days, I was able to top it off. The pump is surprisingly decent. It filled up the ball, though my arm began to tire towards the end. I am very happy with my purchase!
