Sports reviews of TKO Anti Burst Fitness Stability Ball (65cm)

Customer Review: excellent quality
Sport shop rating: 5 Stars

It costs about 5$ more than the one I was going to purchase from wal mart, but the reviews here make this product a secure purchase.

Before inflating the ball I noticed that it is definitely high quality thick rubber which is exactly what you want. Comes with a pump so no need to purchase the $5 one that amazon tries to sell you. You really only need to put the effort in once to pump it up, and then after that just a few maintenance pumps here and there so the pump it comes with is good enough. I weigh 190lbs, and feel very comfortable bouncing around on it. I think I'm going to get another one, and purchase the chairs for when I'm at my computer, or just hanging around.

Customer Review: Pretty much what I expected
Sport shop rating: 5 Stars

I ordered a size smaller than recommended. I'm 6' 2", and the recommended size for my height was 75cm, but it was borderline (according to Mayo Clinic, not TKO), and I'm fairly long-waisted, so I took a chance and got the medium. I'm glad I did, as I still had to deflate it a bit to get the right fit for me.

That said, it works well. It was fairly simple to inflate, although a bit of a workout (but that's what it's all about. The exercises are enjoyable, and the ball doubles as a comfortable chair, as long as you don't lean back.

And, if you get bored, the ball bounces fairly well, too.

Customer Review: Not too large for a 5'4" person
Sport shop rating: 5 Stars

I got this ball to use as a chair to bounce my baby while I am holding him and at the computer desk. I think it is excellent and has helped with better posture without any thought. I also end up doing some excerises on it, just because it is there. It does not have the ultra shiny surface as is noted in the picture. Also, it is a pretty standard size I believe and is not too tall for me. I can sit comfortably, with my knees at 90 degrees and I am 5'4". As for the reviewers that are not impressed with the pump: well, I don't care. I don't plan on deflating and inflating this thing again and again.

Customer Review: Have a ball!
Sport shop rating: 5 Stars

The warmup chart that comes with the TKO Anti Burst Fitness Ball Set 65cm is wonderful. The chart provides numerous positions with a full range of motion for all the muscles and joints of the body. You feel comfortable with yourself--no exhaustion, no aches, no pinched nerves, no stiffness. This is a marvelous activity for any age or health level because the activities are low impact with individualized pacing. I've purchased one for myself and one for a friend who has osteoporosis. The quality of the ball is excellent, and the little pump that comes in the package is easy to use.

Customer Review: So far so good!
Sport shop rating: 5 Stars

I received my ball today. I think that maybe it is a little smaller than I thought. I may be able to add more air. Not sure yet. The instructions for pumping it up are on the big wall chart inside the box. The plastic plugs are a pain to get out once you put them in. I very carefully pulled it back out with a staple remover. The pump isn't fancy but it worked fine. So far it seems pretty comfortable and feels like its forcing me to work on my posture. If anything changes I will report back later
