I am dealing with a pretty serious back injury that keeps me from being able to sit in regular chairs. I love this fitness ball as a desk chair. It's tall enough for my 5'4" frame to sit at my desk comfortably. The hand pump that it comes with is kind of a pain but works just fine once you get the hang of it. It also seems really durable. I will never go back to a regular desk chair. I've ordered another one for my home office as well.Customer Review: I love my fitness ball!

The fitness ball is one of the most interesting new pieces of exercise equipment to come along in many years. It has many different uses, leaving you only limited by your imagination. TKO's fitness ball is strong and sturdy, inflates easily (at least mine does), and works great. So far, I have absolutely no complaints, and love my fitness ball!

I'm 5'4'' but I got this size because I wanted to use it as a desk chair. It's great, and you can vary the size a little by letting out air or filling it up more, it's got a wide range of comfortable PSI. To be honest, this size also seems fine for my workouts - maybe you'd get a better ab workout on a smaller ball but I'm not that serious about it so it's nice to have this ball do double duty.Customer Review: Strong enough to break my printer!

The material has withstood my 220 pound frame, including those moments when i'm resting between sets and just feel like bouncing up and down =)
I was tossing one of these (i have two) to the other end of my living room, and i accidentally hit my printer, which was utterly DESTROYED by this ball.

I recently got this ball to work as a chair at my desk. We had our hardwood floors refinished and I noticed my desk chair was leaving marks on the floor. (BAD!). I work from home, so sit at this desk all day. It is comfortable to sit on, was easy to pump up and I love it. It feels super durable. I'm going to get a smaller size for working out.
