purchased this approx 2 wks ago. I'm 6' 3" and 240 lbs. and I've sat at my desk using this ball for up to 12 hrs. a day to strengthen my back. Very sturdy, dependable and good quality. Would highly recommend for anyone. be sure to purchase right size depending on your height. I believe they range from 45 cm (for 5 ft. or so) up to 85 cm for 6' 4" and up but double check to make sure. Also, would recommend using a motorized pump to inflate this ball vs. hand or foot due to amt. of air and pressure needed it would take all day long otherwise.Customer Review: Very Nice Product

I have been going to my local gym and found it impossible to go every day. But by using this ball I am able to stay stretched out and keep doing alot of the excercises I am interested in. I am very large man about 6'2" and 325 lbs this is so much better than having to get on the floor to do crunches. Very strong and has held its air for the 3 or 4 weeks I have been using it. I like this ball for my back as well I have lower back pain and just to lay on it stretches my back muscles and makes me feel better.Customer Review: Love it so far

I use this ball instead of my office chair at work. It feels nice and sturdy, so I don't worry about any of the staples that fall onto the floor puncturing it and landing me on my rear in a skirt. Others mentioned the rubber smell, but I didn't find it so bad. It comes with two plugs, which was nice, and a workout guide you can hang on the wall if you'd like. Using the hand pump that is included was a work-out in itself.
Cool metallic charcoal color matches my stapler and hole-puncher, ha-ha.

This ball is so durable and thick I can't see ever bursting it! It is durable and much better quality than I ever expected in an exercise ball. While I use a battery powered pump (and then the hand-pump that came with it for the last air to insure it is fairly tight and full) the hand-pump that comes with it is MUCH better than previous foot pumps that usually come with exercise balls. All-in-all, a great exercise ball and great hand-pump! I got my dollars worth and more with this.Customer Review: good product and excellent value

I purchased this ball about a month ago. Both my wife and I have been using it as a bouncy chair so that we can more easily calm our infant daughter.
I'm about 6'0" and my wife's about 5'9" and the ball is comfortable for both of us.
On first inflation the ball was comfortable for use but seemed a little undersized. After using it for about a week we re-inflated it and it's now just narrow enough to easily fit through a standard doorway.
