I bought this ball to replace another one that I was using as a chair. That one, from another manufacturer, only lasted a few days before it popped. I bought this one, and blew it up to the 29.5 inches that the instructions say to. As it turns out though 75 centimeters or 29.5 inches is huge for a ball. It is actually slightly taller than my desk. When I deflated it to chair height, about 22 inches, it is too soft for what I want.
I have nothing bad to say about the product. It is very puncture resistant, well made (though in China), and is everything that the page says it is. The point of my review is just to encourage you to put time and thought into deciding which size you need before ordering a ball. If you are buying a ball to use as a chair, measure an existing chair that seems to be the correct height and ensure that is the size you want your ball to be.

I'm 6'5" 270 pounds. So when I looked into stability balls I was really concerned with whether one would support me. So far, so good. I got it yesterday, blew it up in a few minutes, and sat on it (hesitantly at first) for over an hour. Then worked out for about an hour. It seems very durable and able to maintain my weight without a problem. The exercises on this thing are super effective, as I can feel today. The ball is just right as far as size goes.
Someone complained about the pump, but I found it efficient. It's like a huge syringe. It worked fine. It only took me a few minutes to pump the ball up and that was with my one year old hanging on me so he could mess with the ball.
If something happens and this product fails in some way, I will immediately update this review so that anyone who's concerned can know. So if you don't see an update, the TKO's going strong.

I thought I'd get a little exercise sitting on the ball but with both feet on the floor it's as stable as any chair. It's comfortable to sit on and held air well until I tracked a sharp metal chip from the shop into the office and it punctured the ball. I deflated the ball and put a dab of Slime 10011 Tubeless Automotive Tire Sealant - 16 oz. that I had laying around on the inside of the ball where the hole is but that didn't work. So then I tried tape, also didn't work. I had left over from the last plumbing job some Oatey Company 30818TV Clear ALL Purpose Solvent Cement 4 Oz and a drop of that on the outside of the ball has worked well and is invisible.

Following the good reviews I bought this ball to use as a chair at the office.
When I received it I was a bit scared that it would be too big as I am 6'1 and the box says that for that size you want the 65cm ball, but no it is actually too small!
I am quite disappointed, and have email TKO to see what they can do for me.
Now everything else is good for me, it looks nice, strong etc...

They did reply and I was wrong...
The ball is actually too big :)
Once you put enough air in there (it looked fine to me, but I guess it was only half filled or something like that) it gets huge, so you don't need to buy something that big.
And I'm 6'1... even for my taller friends it's too big, but I don't mind it's fun this way!

I've now had my yoga ball for 3 months, and I've sat on it every day. I'm a large man, 6 foot tall and over 300 lbs, and I have never had a problem with this product. I've just added air to it for the first time since I got it!
As for the reviews saying that it's smaller than they think... you're not filling it all the way up! When you think it's full, it will hold a bunch more... fill it till it's the right size! If this can hold my weight FULLY inflated, you're not going to pop it just inflating it to the proper size! Oh, and to make it easier, I use the exhaust port of my shopvac to quickly fill this!
I have noticed less lower back pain and more abdominal muscle mass since I've been using this ball, I'm ordering an extra one for my work!
