The ball workout will get your heart rate up and put your sweat glands in overdrive in 30 minutes.
I haven't worked out for a couple of years so it was really tough to get through the workout the first time without stopping and catching my breath. At one point, I got a bit nauseous from the exertion. I'm so out of shape!
But the good news is that I'll get in shape with this workout if I can stick to it. It has a good cardio portion and the ball will definitely tone your arms right up.
I have spaghetti arms right now. I'm afraid of how they will feel tomorrow morning.
