Customer Review: Cracked and broke with kid on swing!

Like the "Danger" review below, our swing seat recently broke at the "cone-shaped" part. FORTUNATELY the kid was hanging onto the rope really well when it happened, so he didn't get thrown off. And the fact is, I've bought TWO of these swings over the last 3 years - the first one broke after about a year, and the second one after two years.

Now that I've complained about the breaking, I'm still going to order ANOTHER one. My kids absolutely LOVE this swing and two years of play for less than 30 bucks isn't unreasonable. BUT the dange IS unreasonable. The company seriously needs to fix the problem, and add some sort of backup so that if the cone-part breaks the rope will be held by something else. When I install the THIRD seat, I'm going to rig up some sort of failsafe myself.
