Description of Stretchrite Sport Stretching Tool

An improvement over simple webbing straps, the Stretchrite is very easy to grasp by its colorful purple and yellow grips. Their design lets you adjust tension mid-stretch, as well as track how your flexibility is progressing. You can also secure one end of the strap over a closed door for deltoid, arm, and chest stretches. Reasonably light weight at just one pound, the Stretchrite fits easily into a suitcase or gym bag. The included full-color activity diagram is a great way to get started safely, and includes a sport-specific stretching guide. --Emily Bedard
