I upgraded my old yoga mat, got this one in blue and have been using it for a few weeks now, and am really impressed with this mat. Its not very thick but provides ample support for sit ups and back rolls, which take quite a stress on your back and require more cushioning. It doesn't move around on the floor and provides sticky support during yoga, or any sports one might want to do. Mostly, I love its textural feel, each side has its own feel, with the darker side providing a more grippy harder touch, and the lighter side is softer, with wavy ribbing. The mat is much longer than most, so I never find my head hanging off the end. In conclusion, I love this mat! Its eco friendly and feels amazing to the touch, I think its the best mat on amazon.
