Excellent product. The video is easy to follow. I like that I can take the Magic Circle on vacation. You can really feel your muscles working against the resistance of the circle and the routine only takes a small amount of time to complete. If you like to do Pilates at home, this is the perfect tool to assist you. There are hundreds of exercises to do using just this one item.
The DVD is helpful as a start, but I would recommend at least 2-3 private Pilates classes to give you an introductory lesson.

I used this in my first pilates class and had to have one! I love that it has the pads on the inside and outside to maximize it's uses. Highly recommend over pilates rings without the padding!!
