I find it funny that Amazon has this product for $100 on here when I found the EXACT same product at Wal-Mart. It is called Gold's Gym Electronic Stepper and looks exactly like the Stamina Instride stepper. It was $44 in store. So far it works great for me but I have only been using it for a few days. It's a tuff little stepper too, ten minutes into it and I'm aching. It has a small wheezing sound after a few minutes but you can barely hear it. There is a phone number in the manual for defective or missing parts which I'm sure you can also get parts replaced. It has a weight limit of 250lbs.
