This is a good quality performer for the price. It does come with 2 DVDs: cardio workout and Level 1. So don't do like me and waste $60 purchasing other DVDs, I wish, they had mentioned in the description. The DVDs I purchased are very similar to the Level 1 DVD that came free (Upper body workout and lower body workout).
The rebounder workout is more challenging than I thought, it is a good workout, you feel refreshed and energized afterwards. Good burn on my legs and ab muscle.

Description of Stamina AeroPilates Performer 295 with Free-Form Cardio Rebounder

Improve your muscle tone, balance, and endurance through Pilates exercises with the help of this Stamina Aero Pilates Performer 295. It sets up on your floor and provides a sliding frame that offers a great cardio workout thanks to the patent-pending Free-Form Cardio Rebounder at the foot of the machine. It also features an adjustable padded headrest, foam-padded shoulder pads, adjustable hand/foot ropes, and three resistance cords--two regular resistance strength and one Power Cord for 40 percent more resistance. Its ultra-smooth ball bearing rollers allow the cushion platform to glide smoothly through the frame track. When assembled, the Pilates Performer 295 measures 86.5 inches long by 20.5 inches wide by 25.5 inches tall, and it folds down to 45.25 inches long by 20.5 inches wide by 9.25 inches tall for easy storage in a closet or under the bed. It weighs 55 pounds and has a weight limit of 300 pounds. Warranty: 3-years frame and 90 days parts. Assembly is required.
