I am very pleased with this product. The pump made blowing up the ball quick and easy. I have not used the DVD yet because I have my own exercise routine. I will use it in addition to my current work out when I need a change. My balance is also improving. I intend to move the ball infront of the TV just to sit on. Good product.Customer Review: Love it!
