I'm one of many who does not like to exercise...
Few years ago I started gaining weight and recently it started becoming a problem... I tried many workouts, and all of them just ended up making my whole body feel soar, and my spirit low since I can't do even half of the excercises...
I decided to give it one more try, and found a good deal on this set ball+DVD. I thought that it would be good if I have at least the ball to bounce around from time to time... so I got it.
It was really easy to inflate the ball with the pump which comes in the package. For a while I was only bouncing on the ball and using it instead of chair when I work on my PC.
And then I decided to check out the DVD... I was surprised how exercises look easy to do and it lasts only about half an hour. So I gave it a try.
The exercises are easy to do - I did almost all of them on the first try... it's not so much strenght, but it's mostly stretching, and balancing, and I'm having fun doing it. It's not difficult to do them, and I break a sweat without even noticing it!
After few weeks of exercising (2-3 times per week), overall I feel better; I can do all the exercises now, and I still break a good sweat during those half an hour of exercise. What I enjoy the most is that exercises are really easy to do, and after the workout I feel energized and great about myself - because I can, and I did completed all exercises on the DVD.
I don't know if I lost any weight since I'm one of the people who run away from the scale... but it seems that I have more space in my jeans.
My husband tried the exercises, he liked them very much, and now he is also doing them; we are taking turns. I will buy another ball for him so that we can exercise at the same time.
I recommend this ball and DVD with workout very much.

I love the DVD that came along with the ball. I have watched Marjolein Brugman on other Pilates workouts and like her gentle, encouraging manner. I've used a ball at the gym, but was limited in the exercises I knew. Now, I can get a full body workout using the ball at home, plus incorporate some of the exercises in my routine at the gym. I didn't fully inflate the ball because it would have been too large for me (I'm 5'5"). When you sit on it, you should be able to comfortably touch the floor. My favorite use of the ball is to sit, bounce, and balance back and forth on it while I'm watching TV. You are working your core muscles just sitting on it! I am very pleased with my purchase of this exercise ball. There is a great poster included with many different exercises you can use this ball for, which will be handy in an exercise room or anytime you forget the exercises you learned at the gym. The ball took about 10 minutes to blow up using the foot pump. I have not used the DVD yet, but I'm sure it will be helpful to see the exercises and ball in use. I am impressed with the durability of this product. I've used other exercise balls that just felt 'flimsy' in comparison to this brand. And, I've read reviews that says that the smell of the plastic was overwhelming when they took this ball out of the packagaging-and I did not find that to be true. Yes, there is an odor, but it quickly goes away after 2-3 days after you've inflated.Customer Review: The ball makes working out fun!

I hate working out. Really, I hate it. Working out always reminds me of the fact that I'm overweight, and it turned into a very negative experience. But, ever since I bought this ball, I work out 5 days a week! It really is fun! I keep mine in the living room, and almost every guest I've had can't resist sitting and bouncing on it.
