Purchased this for my father who had open-heart surgery. It seems to help in between physical therapy appointments. The Cycle XL is the best exerciser of its type I have used. It was simple to put together; it stores easily; and it's easy to use, just find a comfortable upright chair and you are set to go. The Stamina cycle is a great buy. It is very sturdy. It tends to slide but thats easy to correct by designing a small rope and looping each side to a chair. Use your imagination for this!!!! The treadmill was hard on my knees & hips but this cycling equipment & me sitting in a recumbent position is totally WONDERFUL!!
Sturdy & heavy enough to stay with me but light enough to move from the office to the living area.

I keep it under my desk for brief workouts when everyone else is elsewhere in the office. It's cute, it's fun and I can take it home on the bus if I want to. I don't expect to get a "Good burn" out of this -- but I DO get a nice workout and that's all that matters.
