I have had a couple of these but this is the first one that I have liked and found easy to use. I was able to put it together in about two minutes. I use it while watching TV or even when I am reading. The only thing I would change about it are the rubber feet, they tend to turn a little but it's not a big problem. Stamina 15-0120 InStride Cycle XL - works great with any chair, although I bought it to use with the Resistance Chair as part of a physical therapy program following knee surgery. I've never used it over 15 minutes at a time but care needs to be used when moving it because it does tend to get hot at the top where the tension knob is.Customer Review: product does what I wanted

The Instride Stamina 15 was easily assembled and worked without any problems. My wife has Parkinson's and this devise provided a source of exercise for her that she tolerated well. We use it on a card table to provide exercise for her arms and on the ground for leg exercise. It is small and light weight and is easily stored.Customer Review: Great item!

I bought this cycle for my mom who has suffered from a stroke. We tried going to the gym and using the bikes there but she needed knee pads to avoid bashing her knees on the middle bar. I purchased the Stamina InStride Cycle for my mother-in-law as she is elderly and gets no exercise and is loosing all mobility funtions due to lack of movement. The device allows her to exercise with her hands / arms and legs at an easy pace and it is rugged enough that if it gets abused, it will not hurt its funtion.
