After following the advise for a couple of weeks of a home health physical therapist who did not want me to use this item, my Physician's Assistant told me it was an excellent tool to help me recover from double knee replacement surgery. I can tell a huge difference in the flexibility of my knees after only three days of use, and can now drive my pickup which has a manual transmission. I had repair surgery on a knee that I had replaced and did not have the range of motion because of poor PT and my thoughts went to my past to the memory of this portable cycle that I can go to many times a day to make sure the knee does not tighen up,I pick it and take it with me when I travel. Amason has great sevice too. I need it in two days in a another city where I traveled to and it was there when I got there.Customer Review: Highly recommended

I bought the InStride Cycle XL for my 80 year old mother who has undergone two knee replacements - this particular unit was highly recommended by her physical therapist - he was right - it is exactly what she needs to keep up with daily exercise and it is well made, easily moved from place to place and easy to store - - not too expensive either - -- I recommend it to anyone who needs this type of leg exercise.Customer Review: Great equipment! A therapist recommended bilateral bike exercise for our daughter post stroke. Since she has no balance we purchased two of these to be used simultaneously while she sits in a chair - one under the table for her feet and one on the table for her hands. They work perfectly. I read the previous reviews before I bought the stride cycle and I am very happy I did. I like this cycle very much. Easy to put together and small enough to put in a small area. My sister-in-law who is mentally challenged tried it without my having to teach her how to use it and she loves it so much she wants one of her own. So I am going to order one for her today after I write this review.
