I have never written a review because I haven't found anything I was really passionate about- except for this workout. Not only does this workout hit every body part with AMAZING results, but it's so fun!. I actually look forward to doing it whenever I can. Honestly, I get better results doing this workout a few times a week than doing hours upon hours of cardio. In addition, it doesn't take very much space to do this workout (no hopping around everywhere). This is my favorite of all my exercise videos. I wish Ms. Effinger would make more videos; her combination of athleticism and ballet is truly unique. Your body is burning but you almost do not even notice because of her upbeat personality. Her superior ability to instruct puts your mind in "the zone" and before you know it, the video is over. I have worked out for years - tapes, personal trainer, magazine workouts, etc. and this DVD has a new set of targeted butt exercises that I have never done before. I tried this dvd for the first time and now it's one of my favorites! Toning with light weights It really gets to those difficult to reach places! Love it , and it's tougher than it first appears. Highly recommend!
