I'm with the other reviewer that said this is really not that great. In no way deserving 5 stars or worth the money. In fact I found this quite boring, repetitious and non-motivating. I also didn't care for the camera switch between inside and outside. Just weird. I prefer heavy weights, good music, and sweating. None of it found here. I didn't sweat with this and went heavier than her. It's an ok workout if you like this style, but definitely overpriced.
