This is one of my favorite purchases from amazon. I love this swing. my kids are 8 and 10 and all their friends love it as well.

The exciting, award-winning outdoor, backyard toy that allows swings to bounce. With Spring Swings kids enjoy all the fun of traditional swings plus a new, smooth, safe and exciting BOUNCING motion at the same time! Children use Spring Swings as they would any ordinary swing. Learning to use the SPRING SWING is automatic. Parents can sit back and watch (or assist the very youngest child) as their children immediately experience the joy of a whole new adventure in outdoor play. Easy to set up, the Spring Swing attaches quickly and securely to any adequate tree limb or swingset support beam. All necessary components are included--connecting to a tree limb will require additional rope.For ages 3-8 years / 30- 70 pounds for best bounce, and safety tested to 600 pounds. Safe and durable-Easy to install.The Spring Swing set includes: Q-clip for attachment, bounce adapter, 11' of 3/8" weather resistant, U.V. protected rope (polyester-braided) and Disc Seat.Pack a little extra fun and excitement into the backyard swing set with this innovative version of the classic swing ride. Winner of the National Parenting Publications Honors Award, the Spring Swing features a compression spring technology that allows young riders to safely create a bouncing motion as they swing back and forth. This easy-to-install Spring Swing comes complete with everything parents will need to attach it to a pre-existing swing set support beam. It can also be attached to a sturdy tree limb with the addition of a 0.38-inch polyester braided rope (not included). Along with the large bounce adapter, the Spring Swing comes with a durable plastic disc seat and 11 feet of weather-resistant polyester braided rope.
