No I don't have a nose like Carl Malden but this nose clip is made for a kid. Years ago I had a nose clip and it was a lot bigger and worked just fine. The nose clip is of great quality but just a little too small for me. Will look at other brands...Customer Review: The very worst nose clip.

I have always used the Speedo competition clip, with wire. It works excellently. Unfortunately, I lost my one and had to get one in a hurry (i.e. at the pool). This is the one that they had.
The good? It seems durable, and the band seems very strong.
The bad? The clip seems to be made for small noses only (I don't have a small one, but neither am I Pinocchio after he's told a lie). It also slips all over the place and does not securely block the water. I don't think it has anything to do with oily skin as another review suggests. Then the band. Where is it supposed to go? And if you wear goggles as I do, it gets caught up in the strap of the goggles, as well as irritating your ears, getting caught in your hair when you take it off. If the clip worked properly there should be no need for a band.
Don't waste your money on this poorly-designed product. I'm surprised that Speedo even had the temerity to release such a poor clip. I'm not surprised that it's quite hard to find - it should probably be recalled due to its design flaws!
I just wish I could give this product zero stars. And don't even get me started on the response I received from Speedo USA customer service when I let them know of my concerns!
