I have been using one of these belts for over two years and absolutely love it. I recently started teaching a senior water aerobics class and after seeing how well my belt functions, 12 members of my class had me purchase one for each of them. Prior to using their new belt, some of the women had been afraid to go to the deep end of the pool and now they feel secure and confident enough to go anywhere in the water. I never learned to swim and have always been uncomfortable in water. We recently installed a swim-spa for fitness and the Speedo Aqua Jog Water Aerobic Belt has been just great for me. Even though the pool is only about 4 feet deep, I still was reluctant to do without the Aqua Belt. I now exercise every day for 30 minutes with the Aerobic Belt and really enjoy the water. I bought the aqua fitness belt to wear while snorkeling. Since I am not a strong swimmer, it helped me stay afloat so I could concentrate on seeing the beautiful fish and coral reef off the shores of Belize.
