This product exceeded my expectations! I was dieting and excercising for 5 weeks and got stuck at a 7 lb loss. Within one week of using this product, I lost an additional 4 lbs and my stomach mucles are now existant! I bought this device for my neighbor, I have the mens version and I have been very happy with the performance. My neighbor has been very happy and uses it often. These devices work well in combination with other exercises and dieting to slim up the waist line.

This product is genius! It is especially great for women after pregnancy...Also works better if you are a smaller person who just needs to tone and strengthen the ab muscles. It won't make you lose weight so keep that in mind.
