I ordered the pads (in addition to the Slendertone device which I had ordered earlier) and both times there was a huge C.O.D. bill (in the case of the device, C.O.D. was about $60.) However, on the other hand it arrived quickly and in pristine condition.Customer Review: Average quality gel pads.
