Ok, so I have had the device for a few weeks.. LOVE IT. IT works so well I decided to buy one for my boyfriend. I use it religously. After I use it, I do my sets of crunches and I feel I can do a lot more now that my stomach muscles are becoming stronger. I have never had this much definition in my stomach (mostly the top part right now but I"m working on it) Im so glad I purchased this. I also find that if you cover the pads after using it they last longer. I don't get when people say their pads where out after 2-3 uses. I can get at least 15 uses out of mine before I change them.
