Customer Review: Bungee cords need replacement too soon

My son lives for baseball and needs to improve his hitting skills. He's 12 and has a real passion for the sport. We purchased the Hurricane trainer and it did work, that is until the power cords snapped after about a month. Granted, my son hit it about 150-200 times a day in that month, but still for the money, we thought it would get him through at least one season. Where and how can I get more cords??

I have been very pleased with the results from using the Hurricane Batting Trainer. It has really helped my son to hit consistently with more power. When he uses the Hurricane he focuses more on hitting with more power and with a consistent swing. My son enjoys trying to see how many times he can hit the ball when it swings bck around so it's fun for him while at the same time helping him to develop into a better hitter.Customer Review: Training aid

Purchased for my 8 yr. old daughter that is on a traveling softball team..she really likes it...it is very easy to assemble and store and definitely shows you what you are doing wrong if you are not hitting cleanly..the manual also comes with drills to do to make them better batters..very good product that so far appears to have no drawbacks..it beats the heck out of chasing the ball all over the yard!!!Customer Review: Great for Timing and Power

Comparing this to the soft toss machine I used to use, I find this is much better for timing, and helping improve your swing. If you don't have a level swing, and hit the tee arm at the ideal spot, it will wobble instead of swing. Its a great training aid for those looking to improve their swing, without chasing balls.Customer Review: Needs a DVD

The trainer works great. Gives my 12 year old grandson a lot of cuts that he was not getting before. I think it needs a DVD although to correct swing issues. Jeter could do a 15 minute training on how to swing, how to pick up the ball faster, etc. I think that would be a great addition to this tool.
